Deleting your account and data

From the app (recommended): CrystalCore → Settings → Delete my account. Your request is recorded; within 30 days your account, game progress, movement records and notification token are permanently deleted. You can cancel by signing in again during that period.

If you cannot access the app: from your registered email address, send a message titled “account deletion” to destekofficial@gmail.com. After verifying your identity, the same 30-day process applies.

Data deleted: account (email, password hash), miner name, game progress and economy records, mission/event/achievement records, feedback, push token, the identity link in analytics events.

Data kept: anonymized aggregate statistics for legal obligations or fraud prevention (cannot be linked to a person).
